Share buyback 2026

On 1 September 2026, the Executive Board of CANCOM SE, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, resolved to launch a share buyback programme. Between 7 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 at the latest, up to 1,436,985 of the company’s treasury shares (up to 5 percent of the share capital) are set to be repurchased.
