On 9 September 2025, the Executive Board of CANCOM SE, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, resolved to implement a share buyback programme with a volume of 3,151,543 treasury shares (up to 10 Percent of the share capital). The programme will run from 22 September 2025 until 18 September 2026 at the latest.
