On 21 June 2023, the Executive Board of CANCOM SE resolved, with constent of the Supervisory Board, to initiate a share buy-back programme with a volume of 3,854,800 treasury shares (up to 10 percent of the share capital existing at the time of the authorisation resolution) and will thus acquire up to a total of approximately 9.9 percent of the current share capital. The programme began on 3 July 2023 and ended at 5 April 2024.

In December 2023, CANCOM SE cancelled the shares acquired up to and including 24 November 2023 as part of the 2023 share buyback programme and reduced the share capital accordingly.
