Dr Ilias Läber, CEO of Spectrum Value Management and Managing Partner of Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership (SEO), has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of CANCOM SE as of 1 January 2024. He succeeds Dr Lothar Koniarski, who announced to the Supervisory Board in November that he would be leaving the Board at the end of 2023. Dr Läber will take over as Chairman of the Audit Committee on the Supervisory Board of CANCOM SE. His court appointment ends at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
